6. You must not have had a previous Account closed for violation of these Terms.
7. You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will.

Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 711cucu at any time. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal, 711cucu requires all Account holders to complete identity verification. The following documents are typically required:

• Photo Identification: Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding your photo identification document.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, verification that the payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, bank account) belongs to the registered account holder.

4.3 Verification Timeframes

KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. 711cucu reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC. 711cucu is not liable for any delay in processing caused by incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by the player.

Terms of Use

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 711cucu will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5.2 Acceptable Use

5.3 Currency and Language

The default currency for Malaysian players on 711cucu is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All balance displays, deposit limits, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in MYR unless otherwise stated. The platform operates in English as its primary language.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits credited to your account are intended for use on the platform only. By depositing, you acknowledge that you are using funds you can afford to lose and that funds held in your account do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for e-wallets and RM 100 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by 711cucu are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified on each promotion. 8.3 Bonus Abuse

711cucu reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, using group strategies to systematically exploit promotional terms, and providing false information to claim bonuses.

8.4 Birthday and Loyalty Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible accounts within 24 hours of the registered birth date. The bonus tier is determined by the player's VIP tier at the time of crediting. Loyalty programme rewards are issued in accordance with the current rewards programme terms, which 711cucu may update from time to time.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and casino wagers placed on 711cucu:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where 711cucu exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
• 711cucu reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet where there is evidence of: palpable error in odds published, market corruption, match-fixing, or technical malfunction.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 711cucu platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information at any stage, including during registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the platform.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as defined in Clause 8.3.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds associated with criminal activity through the platform.

• Using the platform on behalf of another person or organisation for commercial gain.

Account Suspension & Closure

711cucu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard.
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure.

Where an account is closed by 711cucu for cause (i.e., in response to a breach of these Terms), any balance may be forfeited in part or in full, subject to the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed without cause, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified withdrawal method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Intellectual Property

711cucu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond 711cucu's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 711cucu will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 711cucu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gambling
